Study On Adaptive Enterprise Management Entropy From The View Of Strategy

This paper takes study on adaptive enterprise management entropy from the view of strategy as its core content, on the basis of theory of strategic management, entropy and dissipative structure, taking Brusselator model as researching tool, builds the enterprise positive and negative entropy index system and Enterprise Management Entropy Brusselator Model (EMEB). It derives the calculation formulas of the enterprise positive and negative entropy and the criterion for enterprise becoming dissipative structure, then it takes empirical analysis and proposes the managing enhancement countermeasure for adaptive enterprise management entropy.Firstly, based on the conclusion of the limitation of enterprise traditional mechanical concept, this paper studies enterprise organic concept, analysis the nature and characters of enterprise and the relations between enterprise and environment. Then it argues that the nature of enterprise is a complex adaptive system which can always change its status to keep adapting to the environment well, and that the best way to improve the adaptibility of the enterprise is becoming dissipative structure.Secondly, this paper analysis the connotation of enterprise entropy, defines the concept of positive entropy and negative entropy, and studies the relation among them. And then it proposes the logical structure of enterprise entropy study, and analysis the elements of enterprise entropy. The elements of the positive entropy are enterprise culture, enterprise capability and enterprise structure; and the elements of the negative entropy system are direct and indirect environment. And then it establishes the enterprise positive and negative entropy index system, and derives the calculation formulas of positive and negative entropy.Thirdly, combining the theory of entropy, dissipative structure and Brusselator model, this paper creatively establishes the EMEB model, derives the criterion for enterprise becoming dissipative structure. Then it selects a suitable empirical object, calculates the positive and negative entropy of it and obtaining data by questionnaire investigation, and judges whether the empirical object becomes dissipative structure.Last, this paper proposes the countermeasure of management enhancement for adaptive enterprise management entropy.
