Study And Application Of Employee Satisfaction Degree Evaluation In The Grid Construction Project

Based on lots of domestic and international research literature on worker satisfaction survey, referring to the facts of grid construction projects, this article makes a survey to the satisfaction of workers in grid construction projects. On the basis of analyzing the features of grid construction projects and workers in these projects, the main factors which influence employee satisfaction in the projects are deeply discussed, and satisfaction assessment indexes are put forward. The weights of the indexes are calculated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) method, and the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is created. At last, taking a grid construction project for example, this paper analyses its workers satisfaction. The advice about enhancing the workers satisfaction in this project is presented according to the result of evaluation.
