Social Impact Assessment Research On Power Grid Construction Project

Some problems exist in the research on the impact assessment of native grid construction projects, such as preferring to focus on economic and environmental impact assessment rather than social impact assessment. And there are few methods in defining the index set which is the core procedure of the evaluation. To solve these problems, this thesis proposes a reasonable and systematic assessment approach based on learning the experience from the social impact assessment on something else. With considering synthetically the characteristics of the power grid projects, the article creates the index set by means of collecting data resource, frequency filtering, and experts sorting. And then it proves that which factors brought from the development of power grid will affect our society the most through using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in a realistic case.
