For electricity market, the development and execution of trade schedule are the kernels of its operation. And the day-ahead trade is the important part of generation trade. The development of a reasonable, fair day-ahead trade schedule can directly influence the healthy smooth stable operation and development. This paper has made the research of the mathematical model of day-ahead trade in single buyer electricity market, and has compared of characters of the queuing algorithm and the particle swarm optimization in the economic power dispatching on base of the hybrid intelligent optimal algorithm for computing the model. Besides, the particle swarm optimization is ameliorated by the technology of initializing particles in heuristic method and sharing information in swarm evolution, and its optimizing capability is improved. At the last, for the complexity of mathematics model, this paper has researched how the restriction condition of day-ahead trade impacts on the total purchase power fees.
