Based on the result of the study of the domestic and overseas customers relationship management, this thesis detailedly analyse the importance and necessary of importing the customers relationship management to the electric power marketing, and it agrees on using customers relationship management to distribute group resource reasonably, building sientific electric group satisfaction appraise system and credit standing appraise system, building up the service of"customers are god", raising the core competition power of group, achieveing the continuable development of electrical group.
