This article through to the relevant elated policy analysis and based on the present situation of Jinhua power supply company and the relevant data,puts forward the reform of electricity sales under the background of power grid enterprises should concentrate advantage resources well "has the power of electricity options"(High-voltage customers)service point of view.Then through the SWOT model to analyze the Jinhua electric power supply company in selling electricity market competition environment the pros and cons of customer service,as well as the external opportunities and threats of,puts forward the Jinhua power supply company,in order to meet the demands of market competition in the customer's service strategy to solve four aspects on specific issues:Provide value-added services for competitive customers,further flat organizations,adjust existing assessment models,separation of transmission and distribution services and so on.This article from how to increase the high line users and the special line for high viscosity meter users such as high-pressure clients,such as high pressure the customer loss risk perspective,using the pyramid model theory of customer management analysis results of high pressure users a detailed classification and put forward pertinence service strategy,and the Delphi method is applied to identify potential quality customers.On the basis of this,a series of targeted optimization Suggestions are put forward based on the actual mechanism,system and service strategy:First,based on market competition,optimize the existing organizational structure;Second,adjusts and optimizes the existing rules and regulations to adapt to the competitive environment;Third,the collective enterprises of the power grid enterprises should follow the new situation to make the transformation and development;Fourthly,provide many optional service measures,and implement differentiated service strategies for high-low-voltage customers.In this paper,the customer relationship management theory is applied to the service strategy formulation optimization of the three categories of high-voltage customers,namely,dedicated line users,non-special line high users,and high supply and low users.In the reform of electricity sales is about to open,I hope this article can give the Jinhua power supply company to carry out the high voltage reference user of electric power marketing work,winning advantage in the fierce market competition occupy the initiative.It is also hoped that this article can provide reference and reference for other power grid enterprises to deal with the impact of open market.
