The Research On The Daily Management Of The Power Enterprise's Fixed Asset

Fixed assets are the important material guarantee to maintain and improve the productivity of power enterprises, and take a great proportion in total assets; accordingly the management of the daily management cost is the important factor which influences operation result of the power enterprise. Consequently, the research on the daily fixed assets management of the power enterprise becomes a hot. In this thesis, based on analysis on the status quo, abuse and the relevant reasons of the present extensive management system existing in power enterprises, the concept of the performance management is introduced to the fixed assets daily management. From the increasing improvement of enterprises' system, together with the detail financial data provided by some power enterprises, the performance management of depreciation and the performance management of the maintenance of the fixed assets are special discussed repectively. At the end of the thesis, several constructive advices and the outlook for the future research work to power enterprises are put forward.
