Along with the progress of the time and development of the society,China's capacity and technology of productivity has improved significantly,making the country rank up to the top-list of world's largest nations of importers and exporters and economic level developing rapidly.However,all these progress mostly depend on electricity transport and the contribution that has been made by electric power enterprises.In order to meet the demand of the social power consumption growth brought by economic growth,electric power enterprises must keep reforming constantly,expand the scale,improve the power supply and power supply reliability.Also because of this,as a capital-intensive electric power enterprise,enhancing the management of fixed assets,increasing the service efficiency of fixed assets not only can help the electric power enterprise reduce cost and resource waste,but also be helpful to energy saving and increase efficiency,improve earnings and enterprise management benefit,help enterprises cope better with the fierce competition in the market.But the traditional management mode of electric power enterprise on fixed assets,either efficiency management or management mode,cannot meet the requirements of the modern market economy.In accordance with the development planning and strategic goals and objectives of electric power carried out by central government,the rise of social electricity demand and expansion of the enterprise scale,the requirement of power supply enterprise capital management must be stricter,therefore,there is no time to delay for the electric power enterprise to actively promote the reform and innovation of management mode,and improve the level of capital management.In such a circumstance,this thesis,combined with life cycle theory,is to probe into the problems in the fixed asset management of Y power supply company,such as the lack of awareness of the management of fixed assets,lack of investment project planning and design,post setting,backward asset management mode,laggard final accounts of project completion,etc.In view of these problems,the thesis not only puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,aiming at Y fixed assets management of electric power supply company,but also provides some revelations for the fixed assets management of electric power enterprise.
