The Risk Analysis Of PPP Project

As an emerging investment and financing infrastructure projects, the implementation PPP is increasing with China's economic development growing. The investments projects adopt this mode of financing in the community also play an increasingly important role. Therefore, the risk of PPP project during its implementation becomes the key question of common concern for all the participants.This paper integrates PPP project risk management theory with the realistic characteristics of PPP project. Besides, in order to help to precisely grasp the measurement of PPP project risk, the paper conduct the major risk pool of the participants, which can properly illustrate PPP project risk construction, and at last draws some valuable conclusions.In addition, it establishes a stratum structure on the basis of those factors and sets up the evaluation index system based on PPP project risk of different participants. At the same time, on the basis of analyzing the current methods of appraisal of project risk, the paper puts forward a model based on Analytical Hierarchy Process method ( AHP ) to make it possible to evaluate the PPP project risk.
