Jeanswest is a well-known brand of casual wear in China. However, the development is not good enough in Qingdao market. There are internal and external factors for the reasons.Take Jeanswest as an example, the study of this article is focused on the marketing strategic issues of casual wear manufacturers in Qingdao market. As a city, Qingdao has many features of big cities and small cities. Therefore , it is expected to be beneficial to both Jeanswest' s business in typical casual wear market like Qingdao, and anyone who wants to get more understanding of Qingdao casual wear market.Firstly, it is scanning of various brands in Qingdao casual wear market and Jeanswest' s competitive environment; following is Qingdao casual wear market segmentation, consumer characteristics and consuming habits , and Jeanswest' s target market selection and positioning ; and then, according to the foregoing analysis , Jeanswest' s marketing strategy in Qingdao market in studied on product, price , place and promotion ; in the end , innovation of marketing strategy is advised.
