If we can probe into the logistics industry from the view of the industry organization theory, we can find out even more problems, and improve it. It can make the development of the logistics industry much more sound and efficient.Based on the intension of industry's concentration degree and the logistics industry's own characteristic, this text has proposed the calculating model of the concentration degree of logistics industry. According to the statistics of the logistics industry in our country, this article calculated the concentration degree of the logistics industry in our country, passed the comparative analysis with the developed country, and obtained the current situations and characteristics of the concentration degree of logistics industry in our country. This treatise has further analyzed the main factors in the concentration degree of logistics industry, and put forward the main five factors causing low concentration degree of logistics industry in our country.
