The living condition of China Tobacco is in the process of great changes at this moment. China Tobacco Industry is faced with more austere challenges with the economic globalization and coming of the WTO protection epilogue, especially after the FCTC is due effective in China. China tobacco must go out as soon as possible and participate in the international competition and that is the only way to win more existing and development space.China tobacco always adhere to its only "self supplied and self sufficient" market since a long time ago and the cigarette export rate is very low only 1% which mainly depend on the export of Chinese premium brand cigarettes .Compared with the multinational company, china tobacco has much gap no matter what market share or international competition power. How does china tobacco industry do scientifically the development and running of international market and break through the dependence of the premium brand cigarettes, the limited market, getting rid of the puzzle of the export cigarettes influence and walk into a suitable and continuous cigarette export path?As a part of China tobacco, Shandong tobacco makes a big step to grow its international business and has achieved good performance .However, it doesn't have a' clear, scientific strategic plan.With nearly six years of working experience in foreign trade and with absorbing the valuable experience of the colleagues, the author of this paper try to work out the international market entrance strategy through deeply analyses of the internationalization, the exiting problems and the competition environment of Shandong tobacco and discuss the market selection, orientation and entrance mode after its recombination.This paper shall not only be used for the practical reference of other industrial company which has the intention to enter into the international maker but also shows the meaning exploration for the foreign trade development mode of China tobacco industry.
