As the tendency of integration and internationalization of the world economy have been strengthened, the internationalization management of enterprise becomes the remarkable characteristic of the world economy day by day. Meanwhile the open speed of our countries 'service industry is speeding up, more and more domestic service enterprises go out of our country to implement internationalization management in order to connect with the international market .Under this background, the choice of overseas market entry becomes the core question of internationalization strategy for service enterprises. It receives many scholars' attention day by day and has become the front question of the multinational corporation theory and practice.At present, most choice of overseas market entry theories for service industries are based on the manufacturing industry whose analysis foundation is suitable to service industry. Some theories are based on different variables of certain characteristics of the service industry in view of quantity analysis and very little literature analyzes the choice of market entry from the whole service industry aspect by using qualitative and the quantitative method systematically. This article constructs the choice of overseas market entry comparison model and the unified model for the service enterprises for the purpose of providing good trait of thought.This article altogether is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is a preface which mainly introduces the purpose to select the topic and the goal of this paper, the paper' frame as well as the analysis method and so on. The second chapter reviews the types of the overseas market entry modes and the choice of overseas market entry theories which scholars have described .The third chapter mainly introduces the incentives to enter into foreign market and the characteristics of the tissue of the service industry as well as the differences between service industry and manufacturing industry. It is clear that different service industries have respective characteristics as well as the suitable overseas market entry methods. The fourth chapter discusses some factors which affect the choice of overseas market entry of service enterprise and carry on the system comprehensive analysis. Then the author establishes comparison framework of the choice of overseas market entry for service enterprises, thus determines several kinds of feasible choices. Based on the previous analysis, the author establishes a systematic unified model to compare different entry modes. Therefore, we could choose the most feasible entry mode. The fifth chapter studies the present situation and the existing question of the overseas market entry of Chinese service industry as well as analyzes the necessity and comparative advantages for service industry to enter the overseas market. At last the author proposes some policy suggestions for the choice of overseas market entry modes reasonably.
