China’s industrial basis components of long-term dependence on imported products, but, the explosion-proof solenoid valve and pipe fittings for CNG dispenser and the pressure stabilizing valve for LNG engine have replaced the imported products in the subdivided market successfully, which are supplied by Henan HT Company. These products have imported quality but much cheaper than imported products, who share the total China market with imported products.Henan HT Company is entering the foreign markets to development of CNG spare parts market. But before that, the company has to solve the problem:What are the entry strategies to enter the global markets?This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different foreign market entry modes when they are used as the entry strategies for the selected target market of Henan HT Company, according on the statements of CNG vehicle and CNG filling stations’ global population. After consider with the analyses of Henan HT Company’s global market entry process, this paper made recommendations for how to select the foreign market entry modes under subdivided market.The first part of this paper described the research background, purpose and meaning. The second part describes and analyses the global business of Henan HT Company at present and the developing phase of the company. Also analyses the product, technology, market and other resources of Henan HT Company at present stage, and cleared the development stage of the company’s internationalization management. The third part analyses in the potential foreign market of Henan HT Company with the main origin data of global natural gas and the global natural gas consumption area data, and confirm the selected foreign target market. And discusses what’s the influence to the Henan HT Company’s foreign market by difference foreign market entry modes, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of different foreign market entry modes according to the theories concerns the foreign markets entry modes. Also in this part, the paper presents the recommendations for the selection of Henan HT Company’s foreign market entry modes, according to the analyses and discussions in the first three parts. The fourth part discusses the implementations in different models, analyses the challenges of Henan HT Company facing in the entering of different foreign market. And give out advises for Henan HT Company to the challenges. The end of the article shows the conclusion, and points out the further research comments of the foreign market selection in the future.
