Research On Enterprise Employee's Training Risk Management

Facing the changing condition and the competition that it is more and more fierce, companies are inputting more and more money to improve the ability of their workers and the core competition. But the harvest of input is uncertain. It is a big risk for companies to input money to train their workers. Therefore, reducing the risk of training and solving the difficulty of the companies are not only the new subjects, but also questions required solved in company.On the bases of the human capital invest theory and the train risk theory and the risk management theory, this thesis raise the content of train risk management by applying the idea of the risk management. The train risk management includes the train risk identification, train risk measurement, train risk assessment and train risk prevention.This thesis recognizes the train risk by studying literature and points out that the company suffers idea risk, system risk, train technology risk, worker turnover risk, income risk, the structure of train invest risk and invitation risk and so on. Then, this thesis assesses the train risk by demonstration. By using questionnaire and SPSS, the thesis recognizes the main risk influencing the income of train including worker turnover risk, teacher risk, train plan risk, train condition risk, train idea risk, structure of train invest risk and so on. We also set up the train risk model with multiple linear regression. This thesis design the safe index of train risk by analyzing data-base which is the base of train risk assessment .Then this thesis assesses the train risk with expert's evaluation assessment and model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment. At last, this thesis raise some effective advises to prevent the train risk including changing train idea, improving risk idea, standardizing train process, setting up train system, setting up good company culture, using law measure and so on.The innovations of this thesis are embodied by the following five aspects:First, recognizing the main train risk with questionnaire;Second, setting up the train risk model with multiple linear regressions and making the base of risk measurement;Third, designing the train risk safe index and giving some good advices to the train risk assessment.This thesis starts a new angle of view in the studying of train risk and expands the field of using the risk management. This thesis not only offers many effective advises and conclusions for company in train risk management, but also starts a new angle of the train risk management.
