Research On Analyzing And Appraising Enterprise Innovational Ability

Under the global economy, the enterprise not only must have the ability to survive and make profits, but also must have the ability to be innovative. Studying and estimating the ability is urgent and significant, not only because it is the key to appraising development ability, and improving the management, but also it is the effective method of enhancing the competitive power.First, through studying much literature about the theory and the appraisal, the article analyses the domestic situation of the enterprises' innovation ability, expounds the necessity and the practical or immediate significance of studying and building the system of estimative index. Further more, analyses the connotation and the factors of the constitution of the ability. Second, guided by the connotation, based on the principle which made from the system of estimative index, builds the system of estimative index of innovative ability through three aspect just as technology, management and system. Finally, carried on the quality synthetic evaluation using principal components analytic method, and with the aid of in drawing support in the SAS statistics software and the MATLAB software to Computation.In order to confirm the accuracy and the usability of this estimative system, the article carries on the case analysis of a state-owned major enterprise.
