| Recent developments in new industrial district(NID) had causedwide interests in the academic field. Many researchers analysised theindustrial cluster from different views, such as economics, management,geography and sociology. As many literatures showed, the developmentof NID is related to the innovative advantage of clustering, thecompetition—advantage which lies in industry cluster have become animportant headspring to push regional economics development. Now, allgrades of governments in different countries have made an importantpublic policy to carry out their industry cluster strategy and build theirindustry cluster. They wish to make progress of their own country orregional economics.The effect of the industrial cluster's innovation superiority will finally be appraised by its innovational performance. And it that cancause better or worse innovational performance. therefore there must besome formation mechanism on technology innovation of industry cluster.Therefore, based on the traditional "structure——conduct——performance"pattern of the industry organization theory and a demonstration research,this article try to make a systematical analysis and synthetic evaluation toindustrial cluster's innovational performance, and give a new way to thestudy of technology innovation in the industrial cluster.In this article, the first chapter mainly reviewed and summarized thetheory of industrial cluster's, and then emphasizes analyzed the industrycluster's innovation network structure, technology learning behavior andinnovational performance. The second chapter firstly put forward astructure model of industrial cluster, then based on the innovation factor,and insist that the contributions of technology network tor technologyinnovation is static resources efficiency. In the third chapter, on the basisof the innovation network structure the behavior of technology learningwas discussed, and we insisted that technology learning is the basementof industry cluster innovation, which directly promoted the developmentof technological capabilities by competition and cooperation. The fourthchapter mainly discussed the relationship between the industrial cluster'sstructure, behavior, and innovational performance, which was on thebasis of the meaning of industrial cluster's innovational performance. By the example of low-pressure electrical appliances cluster in Liushi,Wenzhou, a demonstration research about the innovation activity ofindustrial cluster was carried on under the SCP pattern, which suppliedsome precious experiences for constituting policy of cluster's innovationtheory. Finally, because of the formation mechanism on technologyinnovation of industry cluster, some corresponding countermeasures werebrought forward. |
