Research On Independent Innovation Ability Of Core Enterprise In Industrial Clusters Based On Multi-layer Network

Generally industrial cluster which has gone through a formation stage is to a higher and new stage after breeding and development in the latest 20 years. The research of enterprise-level theory has become the focus and one of the keys of the industrial cluster. At the micro level, the fate of enterprises which were relying on the evolution of industrial clusters are not the same: some of them have the rapid development of enterprise growth, some are to decline and even death, therefore, most scholars have become focusing on how to make the enterprises survival and develop in cluster. Domestic and foreign scholars have put forward the "greatly enhancing the ability of independent innovation of enterprises is the fundamental way to develop and survive in above condition".Based on the above background, this paper is gonging to focus on the core enterprise of industry clusters develops from the local to the global development process. In this process its living environment will change and form a multi-level network including local cluster, the domestic inter-regional networks and the global network. In corresponding its resources and capacities necessarily change. This study analysis the formation mechanism and typical characteristics of core enterprise's multi-layer networks; and analysis how to use the external resources of core enterprise multi-network to achieve the formation and evolution of independent innovation capability. This study is of great practical significance and theoretical value to raising the level of industrial clusters, to promote regional economic development, to cultivate the independent innovation ability of the cluster core enterprise, as well as implementate the strategy of independent innovation to other enterprises.Based on the differences of the external resources of core enterprise, we separately define the external space:the local cluster network,national networks and international networks, including multi-layer network system of organizations. Differences in structural characteristics of networks affect the aggregation of network resources, example as in the different network size or network density, the amount of resources and types of resources are apparently different. As the objective changes in the environment will affect the subjective decision-making and behavior, the different resources in the multi-networks will affect the ability of independent innovation mechanism of the formation and evolution.After theoretical exploration and empirical analyses, some important conclusions are expected. Deduce the way to explore the regular pattern of independent innovation based on multi-level network to raise the independent ability and proposed in a multi-core enterprise network space the strategy of independent innovation.
