Research On The Project Management Body Of Knowledge

In the era of economic globalization based on knowledge oriented ,an a tool, the project management has become a powerful approach in the management family. Under the trend of background, this thesis select the project management body of knowledge which is one of the frontiers, this thesis select the project management body of knowledge which is one of the frontiers fields of project management in nowadays as a main theme to study. The contents involved the four parts as follows: the first part review the historical origin and development of the project management system which conducted in United states and European country. The second part study the system comparison of the two international typical models of project management ,which are the PMI model and IPMA model. The third part discuss the establishment the framework of the integrated project management body of knowledge frame. The fourth part introduces the C-PMBOK, the outline of knowledge system of project management in China, then analysis and evaluate the regulation of project management framework. Finally, propose the pointview of that the urgent mission of the study field on China'project management should expand the study on project management knowledge system ,and establish the body of knowledge on typical projects.
