The Research On Organization Model Of Coal Enterprise

Organization is a set of people who have a common target. Organization model always is one of the core question of the management science, and a good organization model can improve enterprise's marketing efficiency and can enforce the enterprise's competitive ability.The main purpose in the article is educing a suitable organization model which is in our country's coal enterprise via analyzing and researching typical organization model of coal enterprise at home and abroad by system analyzing, comparing analyzing and example analyzing.The thesis establish the new organization model—M+H, called the horizontal organization , which is suitable for the coal industry's developing tragedy in our country at the basis of using for reference the successful experience abroad such as Peabody's, Rio Tindo's and so on, and comparing analyzing the typical organizational model which is in ShenHua Coal Enterprise,DaTong Coal Enterprise and TieFa Coal Enterprise in our country. The thesis conclude the changing methods about organization via analyzing the motive force of changing, and taking TieFa Coal Enterprise for example to give the particular design scheme and the additional designing principle. At the last, I point out the defects and wantage in my researching, and the researching direction in future.
