With the accelerated process of economic globalization, market economy, competition has undergone profound changes and therefore, the coal industry to respond to the challenges of multinational mining group, to speed up the industrialization process of building the group to improve the industry's core competitiveness and international competitiveness, is the inevitable trend of development of coal industry. In the coal industry groups in the process of carrying out the core competitiveness of enterprises for coal prospective and systematic study of China's coal industry is bound to economies of scale and improved international competitiveness, has played an active and far-reaching significance. And to enhance the overall strength of the coal industry, from the micro perspective, the most important thing is to form and maintain the core competitiveness of the coal enterprises. Enterprise core competitiveness capability is unique and keeping competitive advantage. It is long-established, inherent quality in the enterprise, support enterprise past, present and future competitive advantage, enable enterprise to gain the initiative core capability in a competitive environment, have value, uniqueness, and imitative and extensibility future. Now more and more enterprise mangers are aware of the important of core competitiveness and the need to nurture and development core competition.Through the Theories of self-organization of the enterprise's core competitiveness of coal formation and evolution of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theory and empirical research methods combined. This paper studies included:First, sum up the domestic status and characteristics of the coal industry to identify the current shortcomings of China's coal industry. Second, according to study self-organization theory of nonlinear complex systems, described as a complex system of coal enterprises of the general characteristics, And based on characteristics of self-organization theory of the system structure of the coal enterprises to analyze the composition of coal enterprise systems into internal systems and external environment, Among them, the internal system, including technical subsystem, supply subsystem, the production subsystem, the marketing subsystem, resources subsystem five parts, The external environment, including macro-environment and micro environment. Third, the paper analyzed the coal enterprise synergy between the various subsystems and external environmental factors on the process of enterprise's core competitiveness of coal formation, and through the establishment of self-organizing dynamic model reveals the core competitiveness of coal formation and evolution the process of competition between the various subsystems and collaboration. Finally, Haken model and empirical analysis by statistical data reveals the existing problems of coal enterprises, and puts forward proposals and measures.
