A Study Of Collective Construction Land Transference Based On Peasant' Rights & Interests Protection

Rural, Agricultural and Peasants' issue is one of the most intractable social problems at the moment. This matter generally ascribes to the unbalanced and laggard modernization, which directly caused the urban & rural, industry & agriculture disparity, and the high expectation and low actuality contradiction. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the scientific development and to implement full-scale, harmonious social development. Practically, protect the peasants' rights and interests, so as to allow them to participate in the share of the lucre brought by the modernization, and reform and innovate the rural land use system, so as to implement urban & rural harmonious develop, are the actual behave in achieving the said goal. This thesis devoted to research the collective construction land transference based on the peasants' rights and interests.In the preface, the thesis affirmed the theme of the research, shortly introduced the research background and meaning, the theory & practice status quo, the questions tended to be answered, the research category and hypothesis, the research methods and framework, the possibly innovation and shortages, etc. Afterwards it points out that in order to implement full-scale,harmonious social development, to protect peasants' rights and interests and to innovate the rural land transference system is imperative under the situation.Chapter two of the thesis discussed the theory of land transference, argued that the classical Politics put the transference of land (and other elements) under the strict control of government, it is just a form of government plan and adjustment, thus ignored peasants' rights and interests; Correspondingly, the western economics emphasized on the private interests, ignored the social goal to a certain extent. The Economic Sociology view the social movements as economic activities, consider that the movements should follow the economic rule, conditioned that it accorded with the social' interests. This theory can be used for reference in the land transference.Chapter three and chapter four used the practical demonstrations to illustrate the construction land transference.
