With the Shanghai aviation hub airports' building, China Eastern Airlines draw upon advanced foreign airlines successful cases, launched a new service -transfer service , and formulated the development strategies-- "Shanghai airports to the core, for the trip transit operations, a central network operation mode". The airline hopes to in-crease the sales market profit through this way. But both transfer service and hub airport, are new things to CEA or CAAC. It is a long time to establish the core transfer network. There're still many difficulties within the whole process.Therefore, the study made an analysis about the current development situation of CEA and the Shanghai Airport, together with the advanced experiences of foreign airlines and hub airports. The study showed us the concrete marketing strategies of China Eastern Airlines transfer service . The transfer service should stress on system product, service, sale and pro-motion strategy. Only through this way, the management of China Eastern Airlines can be succeed.
