With the rapid development of economy and expansion strategy in the world, technology transfer has become an important content in the competition and cooperation. In Chinese, with advanced science and technology to promote industrial, technology transfer is gradually influencing the national economy and the socialist modernization development. ZW company relies on Chinese J Institute, with the enterprise mode of operation, engaged in technology transfer business and has achieved good results since 2004, and has become a national technology transfer demonstration mechanism. But with the new economic environment and technology market, ZW is facing some issues.In this paper, with technology transfer business of ZW company as the research object, we mainly using the survey method, case study method, experience summary method, simulation method. and other quantitative or qualitative research methods.This paper first introduces the development status of domestic technology transfer with its business opportunities and challenges. In the foundation, the article has carried on the key interpretation of ten years engaged in technology transfer practice in ZW company, including the transfer mode, market positioning, customer service channel and so on. Based on the recent years international and Asia Pacific around the new development of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of pattern on the introduction, put forward the new mode and ZW technology transfer’s combination, recommended concentration of choice of the current areas of strength, the construction of Ningbo Engineering Technology Research Institute and the choice of photoelectric as staging the construction of the pilot, the implementation of technology and market more closely link measures, realize the difference between the target customer service and pricing strategy, and through the open integration, ability construction, mechanism construction and cultural construction, and jointly promote the healthy and continuous development of ZW technology transfer.
