As the development of economic, fierceness of market competition and increasing of the number of elevator corporations, customers have higher demand on elevator service quality, which bring deeper pressure on every corporation. Corporations look forward to find an effective and efficient way to increase customer satisfaction, to keep their customer, on the basement of which they can continuously improve elevator service quality in order to win larger compete advantage. However, first of all, they must have a right measurement on their operation performance. Many specialists and scholars have researched it deeply and brought forward the solution of customer satisfaction research.Through analyzing a china elevator company's customer management, its operation and according to present theory about customer satisfaction, this thesis indicates some of problems faced by in the field of quality,sale,safety,price. These problems easily cause company losing customers. Customer satisfaction theory is an economic and management way on the base of customer satisfaction which had obtained the authorization and attention of people in the enterprise and science field.On the basement of customer satisfaction index in existence, the author combines the specialty of elevator corporation and elevator service, creatively establishes elevator customer index, brings forward elevator service continually improvement theory, and establishes the elevator service process quality model, gives the related flow chart.
