In the time of intellectual economy, the capable persons as one of the core competition powers are regarded as one of the most important production factors in the high-tech enterprises. Therefore, how to absorb and keep the talents is one of the important tasks to focus on for every enterprise.LP company (Dalian) is an IT company. Losing the talents has been a serious problem since the company was set up. Based on the company's actual background, this thesis analyzes the current strategies for keeping people and re-designs this strategy in terms of expectation theory and job variety theory. The new strategies take full employees' benefit into account and meanwhile consolidate the enterprise's benefit. The new strategy consists of four parts: Keeping people by benefit: In the compensation and benefit system, the encouragement part will be increased. It will include all kinds of reward and stock plan. Meanwhile, it will enlarge the welfare part, and more allowance will be provided for the daily work. Keeping people by emotion: From the internal activities in different departments, employees will have more chances to communicate. It will enhance the humane atmosphere of the company culture and the belonging feeling in the employees. Keeping people by opportunity: The enterprise will take part in designing the career plan for the employees; prepare the relevant training according to the requirements from enterprise itself and employees. It will help the employees to develop themselves with the enterprise together. Keeping people by job variety For some certain positions those only need single skill, the enterprise will provide the internal transfer opportunity in order to improve the employees' multiple skills and working interest. Only the enterprise caring her employees deserves respect from the employees. The new strategies in the thesis will take point of view from employees and improve the enterprise attraction on the basis of caring people. The implementation of the new strategy will alleviate the situation of losing people and help the enterprise to develop smoothly.
