Humanistic management, in summary, simply is to put people in daily and business operation activities of the enterprise as the core of management. In the present knowledge economy society, human factor is an important enterprise management activity is becoming more and more tend to "person" as the core. From initial production to the development of humanistic management theory mainly through the scientific management theory, behavioral science research phase and humanistic management theory of three stages. Since the last century, the idea of humanistic management is gradually accepted by the world, our country enterprise operator also realized the importance of humanistic management in enterprise management, but not today’s Chinese enterprises, many enterprises operators haven’t really grasp the essence of humanistic management, also do not understand the connotation of humanistic management.In the face of new competition in the market and industry technology upgrade of the new situation, and at the same time, the enterprise faces in solid industry on the basis of the original how sustainable development challenges. And set up reasonable improve, and suitable to fit the enterprise development goal of human resource management system, especially set up compensation system based on humanistic management as the core of enterprise development strategy, has become an important problem enterprises urgently need to solve.This article was to explore the related research results, on the basis of the relevant theories of enterprise compensation system design, basic principle and process are analyzed and the research, clarify the basic theoretical framework of enterprise compensation system design and train of thought. On this basis, through the analysis of the compensation system of enterprise current situation, find out the problems existing in the current compensation system, and takes the concept of humanistic management into enterprise compensation system design, to strengthen the human element in compensation system to improve the effectiveness and fairness of the compensation system of the enterprise, give full play to the incentive function of the compensation system should have, provide reference for enterprise salary system design.
