Dalian Daeyang Shipyard Co.Ltd,as a foreign invested enterprise just entered the ship repairing business as fresh hand.It not only has to meet the challenge from international shipyard companies,but also to face with the vigorous market competition from enterprises in china. Therefore, what kind of the competition strategy that the company should adopt will directly influence the survival and development of company in the future.Leading by the theories of competing strategy, we make study on Daeyang's strategy analyzing,strategy designing and strategy implementing.After analyzing the company's interior and exterior environment, we induct the advantage and weakness of the company's inner part,opportunity and threat facing in the exterior environment, with which as the foundation, we draw up the competing strategy of the company.This article thinks that the key of strategy is to integrate the resources of the business enterprise availably, remove the resources not to match and strategy unbalanced,promote the management efficiency, raise the core competition ability of the business enterprise,lay the foundation for the company's steady and quick development and for winning the long-term competitive advantage.According to the type of strategy to develop that adopted by the company, company should fully develop its advantages .insist on implementing the difference strategy,balancing every kind of relationship of related parties, providing increment in value of service for the customer,raising the brand good reputation degree,thus we can grow long-term competitive advantage of the company.In this thesis, we drew up years'competition strategic target and the measures of implementation of strategy for the company in the future.By improving the management of company,strengthening marketing,bettering the development and management of human resources and strengthening customer's management etc.We perform the above strategy to make the company in the leading position of ship repairing field.In this thesis, we adopt some strategic ways and means such as macroscopic environment analysis,industry analysis, and strategy choice etc. These means and the conclusion of this thesis perhaps are also worthful for other shipyard companies to make strategic decision.
