Research On The Competitive Strategy Of Domestic Ship Supply Of Sinopec SF Company

In recent years,affected by the global economic downturn and the domestic real economic slowdown,the shipping market of international and domestic has sustained downturn.As an important supporting industry,ship fuel supply industry was severely affected.As a professional company of Sinopec group,SF's core business is providing oil and other services to domestic and international shipping companies.Because of the change of management and competition environment,the volume of operation of domestic ship oil supply business has declined greatly.The topic of this paper is how to select and implement the competitive strategy that meets the needs of the company.Used the PEST analysis,five forces model analysis,and external factor evaluation matrix(EFE matrix),the paper analyzed the macro environment and industry environment of SF company in detail.At the same time,this paper quantitative analysis internal resources and ability using the internal environment evaluation matrix(IFE matrix).On this basis,we use SWOT analysis tools to determine the choice of differentiated competitive strategy.From the aspects of brand,product technology research and development,internet marketing and strengthening human resources construction,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of competitive strategy.This article has positive reference significance on the selection and implementation of enterprise competitive strategy for domestic ship supply enterprises.And it will help promote the strategic transformation of traditional domestic ship supply enterprises,and thus promote the healthy development of the whole industry.
