The Research On Reformation Mode Of "Purchase After Rent" In State-owned Enterprises Of Jilin City

M&A (Merger and Acquisition) not only breathe new energy into target enterprises but also bring new risks to the contributive enterprises. We need to explore an effective mode which can integrate state-owned enterprise restructure and reformulation. Using this mode we can reactivate the assets of the reformulated enterprises and give them a fast initiation and operation and help the contributive enterprises to realize M&A with less cost and risk. We propose the mode of purchase after rent.In this article we introduce the case of purchase after rent mode of state-owned enterprises with the method of empirical. After an analysis of the situation, background, procedure, effect, object, applicability, motivation, feasibility we introduce the main idea of this mode. We test and summarize the general operation mode which includes the confirmation of strategic targets, the selection of target enterprises, the evaluation of enterprises and the policy of integration. We also give some suggestions on the operation of the mode.On the confirmation of strategic targets, we put forward a procedure which includes strategy analysis, strategy evaluation and expansion mode selection.
