Research On Financial Supervisory System In The EU Area

Under the circumstances that Breakthroughs have been made in the European monetary integration EU constantly circumstances, how to refine and improve the corresponding regional financial Supervisory system, make a favorable macroeconomic environment to European political unity, has become a major problem faced to all the EU institutions and member states. This paper basing on the theory of the evolution of financial regulation, analyzes the evolution of financial regulation is a cycle that from balance to unbalance then to balance again. And points that which factors that ultimately influence the chosen of regulatory system. Subsequently, it proves that integrated regulatory system is more conductively to encourage innovation, and promote the development of finance, in the way of modeling game model of financial supervisory system. And I make factor analysis with 15 EU countries'financial development indexes, improves that the countries which chosen integrated regulatory system get higher score of financial development than the countries which chosen multilateral regulatory system averagely. Then, I introduce two representative EU countries - Britain and France's financial supervisory system and analyze the evolution of EU member states'financial supervisory system. Show that EU countries will make integrated regulation to be optimal choice, and make efforts to establish an integrated regulation in the EU area.
