| Obviously, e-payment is essential to e-commerce transactions. Without a successful e-payment step, e-commerce picture is not complete, and very often, it will not work. The variety of electronic commerce breeds the variety of electronic commerce payment. In macropayment systems, more overheads are introduced by completed security mechanisms such as date encryption and authentication procedures to protect the higher valued transaction date. But, this is not the case for low priced products such as information services, which can be distributed at almost zero cost. The studies and realization of micropayment schema via Internet have come to be hot spots for academe and business all over the world. It is an efficient e-payment for people to buy information products via micropayment systems.To begin with, this paper discuss that there are many factors working against the success of micropayment and that development of micropayment possesses wide foreground. In conclusion, we need micropayment and the success of micropayment is decided by technology, society, economy, law and other factors. Secondly, there must be certain securities in a good micropayment system. It is also obliged to keep extremely low operation expenses. An ideal micropayment schema should find an equalization point between security and efficiency: make it have a security that can be met, at the same time, the expenses are low. This paper sets about analyzing a Micropayment system from the security and efficiency mainly, attempting to look for the best equalization point of the two. And based on PayWord which is a famous credit-based micropayment schema, we use the secure technology of hash function and digital signature to propose an efficient schema for a customer to do business with multiple merchants. Finally, this paper presents a schema for the design, analysis and comparison of electronic payment systems. |
