Mobile e-commerce related infrastructure is becoming increasingly maturing, the mobile network environment continues to expand, as well as the gradual expansion of the scale of the mobile e-commerce market. Enterprise development has brought more opportunities to start a new business, also generate new challenges. The occurrence of information security incidents seriously affected the smooth progress of mobile e-commerce activities. Therefore, how to protect the information to do the work is the focus.Firstly, this paper analyzes the status of information security risk and the status of mobile e-commerce, analyzes the characteristics of mobile e-commerce and the demand for information security, and provides a strong theoretical support for the establishment of the model.Secondly describes the index system and the establishment of weight distribution, the hierarchical model constructed with significant mobile e-commerce features of information security risk assessment index system, this paper puts forward a information security risk assessment model based on information entropy and the triangular fuzzy number combination.Finally verify the feasibility of the method and to a mobile electronic commerce enterprise a as an example to verify, using triangle fuzzy entropy evaluation model to assess the risk of information security. It is proved that the model reduces the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results. This method makes the quantitative results more close to the reality, and finds the weak points and puts forward some suggestions.
