With the development of Intra-product Specialization, the traditional standards have been difficult to accurately and objectively represent the distribution of Trade Profit; on the contrary, Attachment Value may carry on an objective, science appraisal to the gains of International Trade. Intra-product specialization affects the distribution of the profit in international trade through factor endowments and technological progress. And then, the model demonstration proves that the factor endowment has a positive influence to Trade Profit, while, the influence of technological progress, which eliminates the effect of capital investment, is negative. In Sino-U.S. Trade, the share of Vertical Specialization is increasing. And China has a huge surplus from the Sino-U.S. Trade, but the real profit is not so much. The coexistence, high trade surplus and low attachment value, is decided by the low end position of the global value chain. Although, when China try to expand from low to high, the offense to the U.S. is inevitable. So trade conflicts appear. The article discusses how to participate in global value chains, to achieve the upgrading of the industrial structure, to avoid the international trade rubbing, and suggests that, we should take full advantage of factor mobile effect of Intra-product Specialization, and gradually improve our factor endowments; make the best of technical imitation and take FDI as the impetus to technical introduction from overseas; join in the global value chain on the basis of factor endowments and gradually improve our division on global value chain; improve the exportation structure and avoid the trade friction, through the horizontal and vertical expansion of the value chain.
