Profound changes have taken place to the marketing system of all fields during the transfer from Planed Economy to Market Economy, during which Agricultural Machinery sector is mainly lead and developed by non-governmental enterprises. There are many professional books on enterprise marketing today, yet rare on agricultural machinery marketing, in the sense therefore, it is significant for enterprises on agricultural machinery to explore a new path on agricultural machinery marketing with distinct characteristic.Based on marketing theory research and customers features in agricultural machinery, with the combination of different marketing strategies and models in other companies as well as the case of Jiangsu Word Agricultural Machinery, this text brings forth the conclusion that agricultural machinery manufacturers should improve the management to their distributors and pay more attention to service marketing provided that they have a plan to fully explore rural market and hold the leading position in the competition.The text includes six parts as follows:1.Guide:Bringing forth the topic;2. Analysis and research on agricultural machinery development environment;3. Comparison and analysis on marketing strategies and models of other relevant enterprises; 4.Service-improving Marketing--diagnosis to marketing strategy to Jiangsu Word Agricultural Machinery. Conclusion, limitation and further research.
