With the rapid development of the world's economy, the economic globalization and the market integration have sped up. It provides more developing opportunities for the enterprises in our country to join the international competition. But, at the same time, they must be confronted with more and more severe challenge. The enterprises have deeply changed in the area of competitive rival, competing condition, competitive force and the field, etc. How can an enterprise survive, develop and get profit from such stinging market environment? It's urgent issue to be resolved. This paper is based on the Hubei construction machinery co., Ltd which use the modern management idea and the theory of marketing. And the paper discusses the marketing that is fit for enterprise's characteristic and development trend to how to adjust its strategy, to increase its competition and to enlarge its market occupancy. This article analyses the present status and development trends of the international and the domestic market of the Concrete machinery, it also analyses the features about the market of the Concrete machinery. According to itself actual situations, the paper analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, analyses the products by using Boston Matrix and the theory of product life cycle. It analyses and studies deeply the target segment selection strategies,product strategies,brand strategies,price strategies and international marketing strategies of Hubei construction machinery co., Ltd by the 4P's principle of marketing mix. All of these will make the enterprise to identify its competitive advantages, this will help them to make a correct decision, and it will keep the enterprise with a healthily,stably and expeditiously development in the competing environment.
