A Study On Personal Credit Grade Assessment Under Online Payment

E-business, as a new productivity in the internet period, with its advantages such as low cost, across-region, individuation and so on, it is changing the mode and structure of traditional business activities by an unprecedented way and deeply influencing people's business conceptions and life styles. As a key tache of e-business, online payment is developed greatly in the world. When people buy things on the internet, their main concentration are on safety and credit, and gradually changed from safety to credit, which reflect people's common thought who are used to giving money as buying things, they are becoming to pay more attention to credit. According to this new business, how to estimate personnel credit under online payment, and then grade the results of the estimation? Through reading a great many of document materials, from the microcosmic aspect, the author used mathematic model and methods to establish an index system to evaluate personnel credit under online payment.Firstly, the introduction analyzed the aim and the significance of this thesis, and then, the thesis analyzed research status in quo both in and out of the country, through the study, the author pointed out that the research is creative and important. At last, the author analyzed the structure arrangement and academic frame of this thesis.Secondly, it expatiated the concerning theory of online payment, which includes two parts, one is about e-business, including of its definition, assort and characters. The other one is about online payment, including of its the definition, assort, safety agreement and realizing flow and so on. This part of the thesis gave the basic theory to the following parts.Thirdly, it expatiated the definition, methods and model of personnel credit evaluation. This chapter main included two parts, one is about personnel credit, the other is about grade evaluation. For personnel credit, this part mainly expounded the concerning definition and the status in quo about our country credit system. For grade evaluation, this part mainly expounded the common methods.Fourthly, through the theory above, it combined online payment and personnel credit organically, and then established an evaluation system of personnel credit which is suitable under online payment. First, according to the principle and method of the index system, the author chose and established an index system from more than 40 indexes. Second, the author used AHP to account the weight of the indexes. At last, I used compositive methods to evaluate the personnel credit. This the main part and creative point of the thesis, which support a applied evaluation theory, method and model for personnel credit under online payment.
