Research On The Evaluation Of Personal Credit In Internet Trading

Along with the rapid development of e-commerce, internet trading is facing an increasing number of opportunities and challenges. Because of the openness and anonymity of online transactions, we had been brought great risk. Online personal credit problem has become China's e-commerce development bottleneck. Therefore the research on the online personal credit evaluation has important practical significance.E-business, as a new productivity in the internet period, with its advantages such as low cost, across-region, individuation and so on, it is changing the mode and structure of traditional business activities by an unprecedented way and deeply influencing people's business conceptions and life styles. As a key link of e-business, internet trading is developed greatly in the world. When people buy things on the Internet, their main concentration are on safety and credit, and gradually changed from safety to credit, which reflect people's common thought who are used to giving money as buying things, they are becoming to pay more attention to credit. According to this new business, how to estimate personnel credit in internet trading, and then grade the results of the estimation? Through reading a great many of document materials, from the microcosmic aspect, the author used mathematic model and methods to establish an index system to evaluate personnel credit in internet trading.The main contents of this study include the followings:Chapter1. Introduction. Firstly, the paper discusses the issue of background and significance of the study. Secondly, it reviews the currently domestic and overseas situation of research. Finally, it makes major research, the research methods and overall philosophy.Chapter2. The evaluation research on the theory and method of Personal Credit in internet trading. This chapter introduces related theories about internet trading and credit, including classification, definition, process and characteristics of internet trading. The connotation and characteristics of credit are introduced. The meaning, content and method of credit evaluation are expounded. The characteristics of personal credit evaluation in internet trading are put forward.Chapter3. Construction of evaluation index system for personal credit in internet trading. This chapter introduces the necessity of personal credit evaluation in internet trading, analyses design principles of index system of evaluation and constructs of a new evaluation index system for personal credit in internet trading, including static evaluation indexes and dynamic evaluation indexes.Chapter4. Determination of evaluation index's weight value by AHP. This chapter introduces weight value determination method of personal credit evaluation and basic steps of AHP, determine of evaluation index's weight value by AHP.Chapter5. Evaluation Model of evaluation index system for personal credit in internet trading based on based on fuzzy synthesis evaluation. This chapter uses of fuzzy synthesis evaluation to appraise customer credit, and also provides some efficient methods to protect customer credit.Chapter6. Construction of evaluation management system for evaluation of personal credit. And according to the aim and requirement of the system, the design of general scheme of the system is discussed. This article gives the detailed method and procedure of personal credit evaluation management in internet trading. It constructs evaluation system for network information security. Chapter7. Conclusion and the prospects for future research. Making a study conclusion and giving the further study in the right direction.The paper is a floorboard of a series of method and theory. By using the technical route as basic theory--construction and apply of evaluation index system model--the whole system designing--detailed designing; this article describes related basic theory, constructs evaluation index system model for personal credit in internet trading based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The base thesis of credit evaluation is analyzed. And according to the aim and requirement of the system, the design of general scheme of the system is discussed, and the structure and function model are illustrated with diagrams and words, the evaluating model with fuzzy evaluating of the system is put forward, and detailed designing of each subsystem in the evaluation management system are expounded. This article gives the detailed method and procedure of personal credit evaluation management in internet trading.
