Service outsourcing is a new strategy of market and management. Owing to the drastic competition, the multinational corporations, which want to earn more money or control the costs or pursue reasonable resource, transfer gradually their non-focus operations to aboard. Under this circumstance, as an exterior strategy, service outsourcing is widely used and accepted. And outsourcing has been a nonreversible tide. So, research on the motives of outsourcing, making and carrying out the laws of accepting service outsourcing, is an important task both on academic and on reality.This paper firstly analyzes the reasonability of MNCs service outsourcing. Secondly, by analyzing the global outsourcing, we proved the essentiality about this question. At the same time, we lucubrated the motives of outsourcing by two facets, one is exterior motives and the other is corporation inner motives. And about inner motives, we emphasize on the reducing of cost, heightening the core competition and dispersing the risks etc. About the exterior motives, we focus on the technology reason, economic reason and market reason. Then, we point out as a company how to participate in outsourcing. Thirdly, we analyze the trend, including the global outsourcing trend and some compare about the countries which will accept the outsourcing. We hope our corporations can realize the position, not only domestic but also aboard, then they will grow and expand better and faster.At last, we draw a conclusion: in recent years, outsourcing is nonreversible. On the one hand, it can bring a lot of opportunities, on the other hand, it also bring challenges. Finally, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, put forward the strategy. Both the government and the enterprises should attach importance to service outsourcing, and, adapt and accept this trend.
