As the main body in global competition, TNCS form a complicated net of supply chain in its global production and management. The supply chain management of TNCS has its own peculiarity. We analyze the peculiarity of TNCS'supply chain management and compare supply chain of information sharing and traditional supply chain, and find information sharing can control"the Bullwhip Effect", avoid information fluctuation and promote the collaboration of supply chain member.Information sharing between supply chain members can reduce dealing cost, improve service, boost flexibility and promptness of the whole supply chain. However, it is difficult to share information in practice, except information technology, other reasons exist. Supply chain members are pursuing maximum profit and minimum cost in trust-agent relationship, which leads to converse choice and moral risk; the odds of benefit weakens the enthusiasm of supply chain members, which makes them inactive. Information sharing increases members'cost; the structure of supply chain is very complicated, which makes information sharing more difficult; culture diversity is also a obstacle to information sharing.Information sharing needs members to construct their relationship from a strategic point and overcome obstacles in techniques and management, so that the performance of the whole supply chain can be enhanced. IT is the infrastructure of information sharing, which supports information sharing; strategic collaboration and trust relationship is the emphasis of information sharing, which offers strategic orientation; effective supply chain contracts are guarantee of supply chain, which offer necessary criterion; reasonable benefit distribution is the key, which can inspire members effectively; Culture harmony is necessity, which lies a base for information sharing. |
