Research On Deepening Risk Management Of Railway Construction Project

China railway leapfrog development strategy focused on large-scale railway network construction. Along with the "Middle and Long-term Railway Network Planning" and the "11th railway planning of five years " put into used, the investment scale, construction speed as well as the technology standard of railway construction project all presents the different former characteristic, which increases the degree of project risk. The status and the function of risk management is prominent day by day.After reviewed and analysed the railway project management problem in recent years, it concluded that the whole level of China railway construction project management is not good enough to satisfy the project risk management request in the new construction situation.In this context, from the perspective of risk management, through the typical problem analysis, this article summarized the risk management question characteristic in the current railway construction project development cycle, pointed out it is institutional flaws in the present investment and the management system that hampered the railway construction project risk management deepens.Now the country has sped up the advancement to reform state invest system and decided to open the railway construction market completely, which will be advantageous to the diversity of railway construction project investor and the establishment of effective market competition mechanism. In generally, it will provide the prerequisite and the optimal operation environment for deepening the railway construction project risk management.Therefore, this article summarized that deepens the railway construction project risk management to be supposed to renew the risk management idea comprehensively and grasp the railway construction project risk characteristic.
