Study On Characteristic Tendency And Development Of Vegetable Industrialization Management In Tianshui

Since vegetable industrialization put into practice in Tianshui city, its production scale and value have continuously enlarged, which plays an important role in increasing farmer's income, improving their standard of living and accelerating rural economics. But with improvement of industrialization, deep contradiction inside agriculture has been increasingly exposured. In order to solve effectively these problem and provide appropriate realistic approach, vegetable industrialization in Wushan, Gangu, Qinan, Qinzhou and Maiji county has been generally investigated. At the same time, 9600 farmers, 15 markets and 10 bases was drawn out and researched. Through adopting transverse comparison and data analysis, this paper analyses actuality and problem of vegetable industrialization at present, summarizes successful developmental stratagem, and puts forward struggling object and detailed measure.The results showed that:1,Tianshui city has better base in developing vegetable industrialization, and produce much autumnal vegetable when vegetable production is slack in southeast regions, which can fill some market blank of large cities and build large-scale vegetable production base and distributing center.2,Developing vegetable industrialization management in Tianshui city is important, which is propitious to induct fanners tending towards market and resolve contradiction between small-large management and large market. And it can improve agricultural effect and increase farmer's income; it can improve organizational extent of vegetable production; it can absorb much more agricultural work force; it can accelerate transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture; it can promote bi-directional flow of production element between city and country; it can attract fund flow from capital to agricultural industrialization.3,Developing vegetable industrialization in Tianshui city must go this way of industrialization management and build a system in which must regard quality and extroversion. It involves three main moderns: machining enterprise type, market type and agency type. In valley region of outskirts of Tianshui city, such as Gangu, Wushan, Qinzhou, Maiji and Qinan county, there can develop fine vegetable production, mainly shed vegetable, which enlarge area and improve quality. In the border of forest and dank region, there can plant edible mushroom to increase breed and improve yield. In cold alp region, there can plant large-scale potato. Now there build 33 vegetable production bases in total city.4,In order to carry out vegetable industrialization management in Tianshui city, developing bibcock factory is necessary. It must cultivate a modern of bibcock factory, agency, basement and farmer. It must induct bibcock factory and agency actualizing distributing mechanism of benefit. And it must design scientific mechanism of benefit and restriction. Many main bodies can benefit each other through realizing industrialization management, which makes integrative system of industrialization become economical community of taking on risk and benefit. At the same time, we should enforce organizing guidance, enlarge capital supporting power, perfect vegetable market function, and rebuild middle and small-large special market. We should develop agency organization to penetrate all process of vegetable management system of industrialization. And we should push standardization of vegetable industrialization and carry out admittance system of market, in order to realize conversion from quantity to quality and improve their competition competence. Through these measures, vegetable industrialization can be augmented and strengthened later.
