Research On The Construction Of A Characteristic Town Of Vegetable Art In Shatou Town, Yangzhou City

At the end of 2016,The provincial government of the provincial Party committee has put forward the experience of learning Zhejiang,By 2020,about 100 special towns were created.May 2017,Sha Tau Town,a small town with distinctive vegetables and characteristics,has been included in the 12311 creative and leisure agriculture special brand cultivation program of the Provincial Agricultural Commission,It became the first agricultural town in Guangling.This paper takes the town of shatou town of yangzhou district as the specific research object,and uses the methods of investigation and visit,literature inquiry,comparative analysis,Reading the domestic and foreign literature related to the construction of characteristic towns,Through the study of new urbanization theory,industrial integration development theory and Rural Revitalization theory,this paper provides theoretical support for the writing of the paper.Based on the reality of Shatou Town,this paper analyzes the foundation for the construction of a small town with characteristics of vegetables and arts,and measures such as formulating planning and design plans,integrating development of one,two,three industries,promoting project construction,improving supporting facilities,and strengthening guidance and demonstration.And through the investigation of the mass level and the government level in the construction of characteristic towns,to analyze the initial results of the construction of Sha Tau town characteristic towns.At the same time,the five measures taken around the construction of Shatou Town's vegetable and arts characteristic town analyzed the existing problems and possible reasons.It also draws lessons from the construction experiences and practices of sixCharacteristic Towns at home and abroad.The countermeasures in five aspects are put forward.This article holds that in the future construction of Sha Tau's specialty towns and vegetables,we must adhere to high-end planning and guidance,step up construction efforts,strengthen project drive,improve infrastructure,and increase policy support.We must always adhere to the concept of people as the center,and focus on improving the quality of vegetable gardening.Continue to promote the construction of specialty towns for vegetables and vegetables,and eventually promote the development of specialty towns.
