A Study On Development Strategy Of Building Tianjin An Ecological City

In the 21st century, with the increase of the population and the development of the social production, the problems of the resource supply and the environmental protection become more and more complicated. The most primary reason is the rapid expansion of the cities, and the battle between the developments of the cities and the protection of the resources and the environment is very violent. Seeking the continuable developing mode is one of the problems to be solved by us. Through all these efforts, we found the ecological cities is the best way to make the cities develop continuously.Being the vast developing city, Tianjin is facing such problems, too. In March, 2006, the State Department discussed and authorized , and it showed the ecological city is the direction and developing target, and it symbolizes the"people is the essence". In this background, discussing the develop tactic of the ecological Tianjin is very necessary and valuable.This essay consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction. It summarizes the national and the international research contributions, clarifies the concept, meaning and characters of the ecological cities, and points out the meaning to make Tianjin a ecological city. The second part analyzes the resource and environmental conditions of Tianjin, and points out the advantages and limitations of this city. The third part expatiates the idea, characters and the goals of making Tianjin a ecological city, and puts forward the detailed functional ecological index system. The fourth part uses the"balance three areas"method to discuss the microscopical space layout, the population plan and the industrial plan. The fifth part expatiates the keystones of Tianjin's developments, and puts forward the development goals and the development methods. The sixth part introduces the guarantee system, explains the supportive function of the information integration system, and in the end, it brings forward the steps, sequence and the time arrangement of building the ecological city.
