Tianjin Develop Recycling Economy And Build Eco-city Study

Along with the appearance of contradictory relations between ecological environment and the economic society development day by day, more and more governments pay more attention to the circular economy and the ecological environment and strive to seek the solution to coordinate the ecological environment and economic society development. The practice indicated that developing circular economy has become the finally choice to solute the question of coordinated development between ecological environment and the economic society. The ecological city is one of profitable targets of developing circular economy in the regional context; Also is the starting point and ending spot of the development of circular economy. In recent years, the research about "the development of circular economy and the construction of ecological city " into hot spot, the government and the educational world were unceasingly thorough to its fundamental research and the practical exploration. However, the present domestic scholars research on ecological city which mostly concentrate in the ecology and in the urban planning domain; and the study of building eco-city from the perspective of circular economy systematically is less.On basis of existing research results, this paper researches on building Tianjin ecological city by the methods of quantification and comparison from the perspective of circular economy. Chapter one introduces the relative theories of circular economy, the ecological city, and the relationship between them. Chapter two researches on the present situation and experiences of circular economy development and ecological city construction of domestic and foreign cities. Chapter three establishes the index system to evaluate the circular economy and the ecological city. Chapter four studies the present situation and points out the deficiency of Tianjin circular economy development and the ecological city construction by the methods of combining qualitative and quantitative, and comparison. Chapter five puts forward to the countermeasures to build Tianjin ecological city and develop circular economy for further development.
