| Risk-based inspection (RBI) is a concept and methodology for system maintenance which emerged in recent thirty years in western developed countries and seeks for unification of safety and economy. It has been wide application in petrochemical enterprises of Europe and America since middle 1990s.In this paper, the basic theory of risk-based inspection (RBI) technology is first introduced; main discusses risk analysis technique of equipment, including qualitative and quantitative risk analysis technology. Then it makes deep and systematic analysis and research in accordance with RBI technology application during the inspection process of Fluid Catalytic Cracking plant in Huabei petrochemical Company. |
