With the further globalization of economy, China will be involved into the international society little by little, and its economic relationship with other countries in the world will be sure to be strengthened. Undoubtedly, the US-China economic and trade relationship is the most important. There, however, exist many conflicts and problems in the US-China economic and trade relationship. Although the factors that affect this relationship are many, the interest group is a factor that shouldn't be ignored. They always try to persuade the president, the government, and congressmen in different ways to carry out an economic and trade policy toward China that will benefit them. This dissertation will put its focus on the role of interest groups in the US-China economic and trade relationship, trying to use some cases to analyze and explain how the interest groups affect the US-China economic and trade relationship, and how much their role is. I hope that my conclusion will do some good to the development of the China-US economic and trade relationship.
