Affects Of FDI To Chinese Textile Export

FDI and export trade are two most important economical activities in developing host countries,and are associated with each other closely. It has theoretical and realistic significance to study the influence deeply about FDI to these developing host countries such as China. Generally speaking,foreign direct investment of industry will produce two kinds of influence:positive effect and negative effect.First,this paper analyses the textile product export , the FDI in the textile industry and the problems existed in the textile industry in China. Second, this paper prospers website data and material offered with textile product and carries on quantity analyze in order to test the effect on export of textile product of FDI and the relationship between the FDI and the degree of dependence upon export of textile product ,then,this paper carries on multivariable linear analyses. Last ,according to multivariable linear analyses based on data, we conclude that this linear relationship does exist between FDI and Chinese textile export and put forward the suggestions.
