Coefficient Analysis Of Influence Of Foreign Direct Investment On The Export Commodity Structure In Liaoning Province

With the rapid development of emerging technology revolution and economic globalization, opening up and foreign direct investment(FDI) attracted by it gradually become an important driving force of economic development. Under such circumstances, FDI in Liaoning Province achieves unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Because of the strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base, Liaoning fully uses the Country's preferential policies, takes advantage of popularity and geographic, seizes the opportunity of international capital transferring to China, and thus gradually expands the scale of FDI. Based on the above, this paper theoretically and empirically analyzes the relationship between FDI and export structure in Liaoning. It has an important theoretical and practical significance for the government to make use of foreign capital to push development of export trade more smoothly, further optimize export structure, and promotes the Liaoning northeast old industrial base's prosperity.This paper mainly studies the relationship between FDI and export structure. Firstly, it describes background and significance of the study, and reviews the theories on the structure of FDI and export structure. Secondly, it briefly analyzes the status of foreign investment in our province through investment scale, investors, investment manners, and investment fields, and sums up the present situation of export structure in Liaoning through aspects of export type and export trade competitiveness, and makes preparation for future relevant analysis. Thirdly, it cointegration analyzes FDI and export structure in Liaoning based on the export type and export competitiveness, and thus obtains a conclusion that FDI is beneficial to our province's export structure. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the future use of FDI in Liaoning Province.
