Finance Research On Operation Model Of China's Banking Industry

It is well known that there are two manage models for banking's management, which Mixed Operation and Separated Operation .Now we choose Mixed Operation ,whereas Finance developed countries had realized transmission from Mixed Operation to Separated Operation .So , If Mixed Operation are more excellent than Separated Operation ?Can Separated Operation resist the impact of financial deregulation tidal wave ? what banking's management model we can adopt in the future? All these questions are worthy of thinking.In this thesis, First,I'm trying to search sustaining theories for the possibilities of implementing Mixed Operation .I give the concepts of Mixed Operation and Separated Operation and review the success and failure which gained by the Separated Operation and Separate Supervise. Facing the practical circumstance in our Banking System,Although the direction of Banking System is Mixed Operation, it is necessary to implement Separated Operation temporary.Secondly, I testified my conclusions by empirical analytical method . I established a model by using the AHP method.Lastly, I list several models which used by the developed counties, and suggest that we can realize the transformation to the Mixed Operation by the Financing Holding Company.
